I've just been glued to the current world events, as is most everyone else and it all got me thinking about this song...
I contacted my good friend Will Brahm of Homenaje (and New West Guitar Group) to see if he wanted to record a song we played together back in January at The E-Spot Lounge. So last Wednesday, I quickly whipped up a chart for the tune and we met to record a live, acoustic cover of St. Vincent's song, "The Neighbors" in my living room in under one hour, cats sleeping underfoot, with two mics and open windows. The neighbors actually didn't mind. I recorded and mixed it myself.
